Community & Bot Terms of Service

By joining the Another Day, Another Portal Discord server, using ADAP Bot, or accessing anotherdayanotherportal.com (together, the "Community"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Community. These Terms sit alongside, and don't replace, Discord's Terms of Service and Roblox's Terms of Use. Both still apply in full. The website also has its own site terms.
§02Eligibility
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13, or higher where your local law requires it) to use the server at all. We don't run an independent age-verification step beyond what Discord itself already requires at sign-up.
§03Roblox Account Verification
/verify links your Discord account to a Roblox account so staff
can confirm who's who between the two platforms. A given Roblox account can
only ever be linked to one Discord account at a time. If you need to change
which Roblox account is linked, that goes through a staff-reviewed
/switchaccount request, not a self-service re-verify.
Unlinking a verification (/unverify) is a staff action; it
removes the link and any role or nickname changes tied to it.
§04Data We Collect
The Community collects and retains:

| Activity & economy data | XP/levels, virtual currency balances, inventory, invite-tracking, and similar in-server stats |
We do not currently collect IP addresses, payment information, or anything beyond what's listed above.
§05Third Parties We Share Data With
Some of the data above leaves Discord and is shared with:
- Roblox's public API: to look up usernames, avatars, and group membership during verification.
- A private moderation record: verification changes, bans, and other moderation actions are logged to a staff-only record outside of Discord, so history survives even if Discord's own logs are lost.
- anotherdayanotherportal.com: a staff-only dashboard on our website mirrors that same moderation record for staff to review. Separately, the website's public "Who makes it" section displays the name, role title, and avatar of anyone holding a developer or leadership role in the server. That part is public by design.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside of what's listed here.
§06Community Conduct
Members are expected to follow Discord's Community Guidelines, the server rules posted in the rules channel, and basic decency: treat other members with respect, and don't spam, scam, impersonate others, or evade moderation action (including through alternate accounts). The rules in the server are the authoritative version.
§07Moderation & Enforcement
ADAP Bot automatically filters spam, suspected phishing links, and staff-configured filtered words, and can issue timeouts on repeated violations. Staff can additionally warn, mute, kick, ban, or otherwise restrict access for violations of these Terms or server rules, at their discretion. Moderation records are retained as described in §04 and §05.
To appeal a moderation action, contact the staff team through the ADAP Discord server.
§08Virtual Currency & Items
Coins, shop items, gacha characters, and stock holdings exist only within the Community and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot currently be purchased with real money and cannot be exchanged for real money. Staff may adjust, reset, or wipe balances and inventories at their discretion (including a full economy reset), and the economy system may be disabled at any time without notice.
§09Availability & No Warranty
The Community, the bot, and the website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, that features will keep working a given way, or that data (messages, balances, inventory, verification links, and so on) will never be lost.
§10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Community's operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the server, bot, or website, including loss of virtual currency, items, or account access.
§11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Community's features change. Material changes will be announced in the server. Continuing to use the Community after a change takes effect means you accept the update.
§12Termination
We can suspend or remove your access to the server, bot, or website at any time, for any violation of these Terms or server rules, with or without prior notice.
