Welcome to the official website for Another Day, Another Portal ("ADAP", "the game", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, close the tab. The door won't mind.

1. What this site is

This site provides information about the game, links to our community spaces, and a private panel for our moderation team. The game itself runs on Roblox and is governed by Roblox's Terms of Use. Our Discord server is governed by Discord's Terms of Service in addition to our own server rules. The Discord community and ADAP Bot also have their own Community & Bot Terms, which cover verification and moderation data in more detail.

2. Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following:

• Attempt to access the staff panel or its data without authorization.
• Probe, overload, or disrupt the site or its APIs.
• Scrape or republish site content in a misleading way.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

3. The staff panel

The staff area is restricted to authorized members of the ADAP team, verified through Discord. Staff access can be revoked at any time. Staff members must treat moderation data as confidential and use it only for community moderation.

4. Privacy

In plain language, here is what this site handles:

• Visitors: we don't run ads or analytics trackers. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes standard technical data (like IP addresses) to serve and protect it. A small browser storage entry remembers if you dismissed the beta banner.
• Staff sign-in: if you log into the staff panel, Discord tells us your username, ID, and server roles so we can verify you're on the team. A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to a week.
• Moderation records: our community moderation system stores records of moderation actions (such as bans and warnings) and Roblox account verification, including Discord and Roblox usernames and IDs. These are used solely to moderate the ADAP community and are visible only to staff.

If you believe moderation data about you is wrong, contact us on the Discord server and we'll review it.

5. Content and ownership

The game, its characters, and the content on this site belong to the ADAP team. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation; Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", and it's in early beta. Things may break, move, or vanish. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
